Your Private Estate – A Resort-Within-a-Resort

Nestled inside the exclusive Dorado Beach East gated community (within the Ritz-Carlton Reserve property), our private estate grants you the best of both worlds: the privacy and comfort of a luxury home and the convenience of resort amenities just a short walk or golf cart ride away. This secluded compound features two accommodations – a Main House and a Guest Villa – which can be rented individually or together for an expansive retreat:

• Main House: A modern single-story 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom Main Residence boasting approximately 6,500 sq. ft. of sleek, minimalist design.  This ranch-style home features an open-concept layout with airy living and dining spaces that flow seamlessly to outdoor terraces. High ceilings and glass walls invite in natural light and lush views. The Main House’s gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for a chef, and a cozy outdoor fire pit lounge beckons for evening gatherings under the stars. Each spacious bedroom offers an en-suite spa-like bathroom (with indoor/outdoor showers in true tropical style) for ultimate comfort and privacy. For getting around the resort, the Main House comes with three golf carts exclusively for your use.

• Guest Villa: A chic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Villa boasting approximately 2,100 sq. ft. that serves as a tranquil retreat on its own. Styled with contemporary Caribbean flair, it offers a bright open-plan living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for families or couples traveling together. The villa opens to its own patio and garden area, where you can enjoy morning coffee or a quiet read in the shade of palm trees. Guests of the Villa have use of two golf carts dedicated for their convenience, making it effortless to reach the beach or restaurants in minutes.  The Villa’s intimate size is ideal for smaller groups seeking luxury with  privacy away from the main house.

Flexibility for Every Group: You may book the Main House or the Guest Villa individually, or rent both together to create a sprawling 8-bedroom 9 bathroom private "resort within the resort" for larger parties, multi-family vacations, reunions, weddings or corporate retreats. When rented together, the Main House and Guest Villa form a modernized Hawaiian 'Ohana' where your group can enjoy the entire property in complete privacy. (If rented separately, the two residences remain discreet and share only the outdoor amenities, described below.)

Outdoor Oasis – Pool, Hot Tub & Tropical Grounds

Step outside and enter your own private oasis. At the heart of the estate is an Olympic-size swimming pool surrounded by lush landscaping and swaying palms. Take an invigorating morning swim or lounge by the poolside on plush chaises with a piña colada in hand. Adjacent to the pool is a large hot tub – the perfect spot to unwind at night as the balmy ocean breeze rustles the palm fronds. This expansive pool terrace is ringed by a spacious patio and garden, offering plenty of room for sunbathing, socializing, or even hosting an intimate gathering. In the evenings, fire up the outdoor fire pit and share stories under the starry Caribbean sky.

Guests renting the entire estate enjoy exclusive use of the pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas – truly a “resort within the resort” all to yourselves. If the Main House and Guest Villa are rented separately, these outdoor amenities are shared between the two residences (while still remaining private to your properties, with no outside resort guests). Either way, the setting is tranquil and secluded, bordered by tropical foliage for a serene atmosphere. You’ll feel like you’ve found a secret paradise just for you and your loved ones.

• Modern Amenities: Enjoy reliable comfort with state-of-the-art infrastructure. The property is outfitted with solar power and a 2000 kW backup generator, so you’ll never worry about power interruptions. A 2,400-gallon water cistern with filtration guarantees fresh water at all times. High-speed satellite Wi-Fi keeps you connected (if you need to be), and the home is equipped with hurricane-proof windows and doors for safety and peace of mind.

• Exceptional Service: Our dedicated house manager, Ian, is on call to act as your personal concierge. He can arrange airport transportation, pre-arrival grocery shopping, and even daily housekeeping or chef services upon request (additional fees apply). From scheduling tee times or spa appointments to organizing a private chef dinner, we’ll help tailor your stay to your desires. Arrival is hassle-free – we can have you picked up at San Juan (SJU) International Airport, which is only a 30-40 minute drive away, and whisk you straight to your paradise retreat.

• Resort Access & Membership: As our guest, you have the option to be sponsored for a temporary Dorado Beach club membership (at additional cost). This membership grants you the same privileges as a resort member, including access to the exclusive Encanto Beach Club, resort pools, fitness center, water sports center, and member-only events, as well as charging privileges at the resort’s restaurants and bars. You can truly live the full resort lifestyle during your stay – golf cart accessible and with seamless integration between your private estate and the Ritz-Carlton Reserve amenities.

• Safety & Security: Located within the Dorado Beach East gated community, the estate offers 24/7 security and privacy. (Legend has it, their golf cart serendipitously ran out of charge right in front of the very property that would become their future home – a sign from paradise!) Captivated by Dorado’s magic, they decided to create a personal sanctuary here. Over the next 8 years, they custom-built the Main House and Guest Villa, collaborating with renowned local architect Pachi Garcia to bring their vision to life. Every corner of the estate was thoughtfully designed to blend modern elegance with the island’s tropical allure. The result is a truly one-of-a-kind residence – there is simply no other home like it in all of Dorado Beach. (In fact, this rare gem is even being quietly offered for sale to the right buyer at $29 million, underscoring just how exceptional it is.)
