Nestled inside the gated Dorado Beach East community, our property delivers the best of both worlds: the privacy and comfort of a custom-built luxury estate, with the beach a short walk or golf-cart ride away. Every booking includes use of the Olympic-size pool, hot tub, fire-pit lounge, gardens, and golf carts.
The secluded compound comprises two beautifully appointed homes:
- Main House: A modern, single-story 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home of approximately 6,500 sq. ft. — sleek, minimalist, ranch-style design with an open-concept layout that flows seamlessly onto outdoor terraces. High ceilings and glass walls flood the interiors with natural light and lush views. A gourmet chef's kitchen anchors the home, and every spacious bedroom offers an en-suite, spa-like bathroom — indoor/outdoor showers in true tropical style.
- Guest House: A chic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat of approximately 2,100 sq. ft., tucked at the rear of the estate beyond the pool terrace. Styled with contemporary Caribbean flair, it offers a bright open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto its own shaded patio and garden — the perfect spot for morning coffee beneath the palms.
One Estate, One Reservation: Together the two homes offer 8 bedrooms and 9 baths — a modern Hawaiian 'Ohana family compound made for multi-generational families, reunions, and group retreats. Smaller parties can reserve a single home on its own and enjoy the full estate experience at a more intimate scale — and price. Either way, yours is the only reservation on the property: the grounds, pool, and hot tub are never part of anyone else's booking.
