Weddings, Special Events & Corporate Gatherings

Q: Can we host a special event during our stay (party, wedding, film/-shoot, corporate dinner, etc.)?

Yes! Special Events and Gatherings are welcome during your stay so long as they are pre-approved and the venue fee and security deposit is paid. We’ll need the event type, headcount, vendor list, vehicle count, and music plans so we can register all guests with the security guard gate and HOA. We work with a local event planner who can assist you in coordinating your Dorado event, and provides tables, chairs, set up, security, DJ’s, life guards, catering etc. 

Q: How many people can the property comfortably handle?

• Indoors: Estate:-up to 100 | Villa - up to 40

• Outdoor Events: - up to 300

Q: What does the venue fee cost?  Typically $3,000 for first 50 guests, $100 pp >50 plus an refundable security damage deposit in equivalent amt. *Quoted after we understand your needs and invoiced separately.

Q: What are the permitted event hours? 7:30am-11:30pm

Q: Is there Guest parking and shuttle service available?
Yes,  Guests park at the Bunker tennis-court lot (2min walk); We can shuttle guests with the golf carts we provide.
